We have been making and installing windows, doors and glass in Ballina for over 30 years. We know the local estates, the building styles along the river, the conditions that beachside and canal-side homes need to withstand, and the builders and tradespeople who are active in this town. We work regularly alongside the builders putting up new homes in Cumbalum and Skennars Head and the renovation contractors working on the older streets closer to the river. That local knowledge shows up in every job we do.

Ballina’s housing is more diverse than many people expect. The older suburbs closer to the river have post-war fibro and brick homes, many of which still have their original aluminium or timber windows. These properties are increasingly being renovated by new owners and the windows and doors are usually the first major upgrade on the list.
The canal estates in East Ballina and around Shaws Bay have a different profile — larger homes, often built in the eighties and nineties, with sliding doors and windows that face the water and have taken years of salt air exposure. Seals fail, frames corrode and sliding mechanisms wear out. Replacement is usually a better investment than ongoing repairs at this point.
Newer estates like Cumbalum and Skennars Head are still going in, with new builds ranging from entry-level project homes through to custom architect-designed houses. We work on all of them from the planning stage through to final installation.
