North Ballina Windows has been part of the Northern Rivers community for over 30 years. Run by Shane and Elly, we took over the business in 2020 with a simple commitment: manufacture quality windows, doors and glass products on-site, and install them properly. That commitment has not changed.
Starting a business right before a global pandemic was not part of the plan. Then in 2022, the floods hit. There were plenty of reasons to walk away, but we are still here, still growing, and proud of every job we deliver. For Elly, the window and door industry was a completely new world, but as it turns out, you can teach an old dog new tricks. With Shane’s 26 years of hands-on industry experience alongside Elly’s fresh perspective, NBW brings a blend of deep trade knowledge and real determination to every project.
Everything we make is produced at our workshop at 65B Piper Drive, Ballina. Your windows and doors are cut, framed and finished by our own team, not shipped from a factory interstate. We have direct control over quality at every stage, and we build to your exact requirements without compromise.
We choose Australian-made products because we are supporting other local businesses, we know exactly what quality we are getting, and the products are purpose-built for Australian conditions.

We manufacture and install aluminium windows and doors in a wide range of styles and configurations. We supply and fit frameless, semi-frameless and framed shower screens, custom mirrors, kitchen and bathroom splashbacks, pool fencing and glass balustrades. We also supply and install ScreenGuard-approved security screens for doors and windows.
